Dennis Woloshyn is a senior legal advisor with a global reputation in natural resource, energy and investment funds law. He has held senior partnership roles at top Canadian firms including McMillan LLP and Fasken, where he led the National Forestry Practice Group and advised industry and government as Chair of the BC Chamber of Commerce’s Forestry Sector.

In the U.S., Dennis served as Head of Legal for Arctic Precious Metals, Inc. (Royal Oak Mines), supporting board-level governance, compliance, and risk management across Canadian operations.

Internationally, Dennis has advised fund managers and founders from bases in the Cayman Islands and Dubai. He is consistently ranked by Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, and Who’s Who Legal for his work in fund formation, structuring, governance, and corporate finance.
